All new residents must be approved by the Board of Directors. To obtain this approval, please download and complete our new resident application and mail it or drop it off along with the required payment (checks payable to Harbour Club Villas) for your background check at the Association’s mailbox at 1530 NE 105 Street, Miami Shores FL 33138.
