Established in 1969 and completed in 1971, Harbour Club Villas Condominium is a sought-after community of 79 townhomes in the northeast corner of Miami Shores Village. Our seven residential buildings sit along NE 105 Street, east of Biscayne Boulevard, with four buildings and our clubhouse situated on the north bank of the Biscayne Canal Number C-8. The canal provides direct access to the intercoastal waterway and is a short boat ride to Haulover Inlet to exit to the Atlantic Ocean. We are also walking distance from the Miami Shores Country Club & Golf Course and the Miami Shores Aquatic Center. Residents also have access to other Miami Shores Village amenities, including the Miami Shores Recreation Center and the Brockway Memorial Library.
Harbour Club Villas offers limited docking space, which is assigned on a first come, first serve basis with owners getting priority over renters. Owners who rent their units are not eligible for dock space. Other amenities available to all residents include general access to our dock, as well as tennis courts, a swimming pool and a clubhouse. We are a pet friendly community.
Harbour Club Villas is also located near highly rated schools, including Miami Shores Elementary, Miami Country Day School, Cushman School and Barry University. We are a short drive away from many food, entertainment, and shopping options. Multiple supermarkets and pharmacies are within two miles of our community. Popular neighborhoods such as Wynwood and Miami Beach are usually accessible within half an hour, and the urban cores of both Miami and Fort Lauderdale can be reached within an hour.
RENOVATION UPDATE
Our condominium is currently in the process of major renovations. The project consists in the replacement of the roofs, updating the plumbing systems, exterior beautification including painting and landscaping alterations, and refurbishment of the clubhouse, tennis courts and swimming pool. We expect this work to continue through the end of 2024.
