Additional requirements:

  1. Sales Contract or Lease Agreement
  2. Signed receipt by each applicant of the Rules and Regulations (see the “Documents” tab)   HCV RECEIPT OF R & R
  3. Owner maintenance and special assessment account must be current.
  4. Please send paperwork to harbourclubvillas@gmail.com

Owners: Copies of financials, minutes, etc., that may be requested by the Buyer, are available in our website under Documents – Internal Documents. If you have not already done so, please register.
